Unser Ziel ist, zur Linderung ihres Leids beizutragen und die Bedingungen für ein Leben in Würde und Hoffnung zu gewährleisten. Dabei spielen wir eine führende Rolle bei der Entwicklung neuer, nachweislich wirksamer Verfahren und Ansätze, um den Schutz und die Selbstbestimmung besonders gefährdeter Menschen zu fördern. So bereitet IRC den Weg „from harm to home“ – aus dem Leid zurück ins Leben.
IRC ist international eine der größten Hilfsorganisationen mit einem Fokus auf fragile Kontexte. Seit 2016 sind wir auch in Deutschland aktiv. Hier wächst an zwei Standorten ein Team mit derzeit 15 Mitarbeitenden und 12 offenen bzw. gerade neu besetzten Stellen. Darin sind auch MitarbeiterInnen aus dem internationalen Netzwerk integriert. Auch in absehbarer Zeit ist noch weiteres Wachstum vorauszusehen.

Um diesen Prozess zu begleiten und zu gestalten, die Personalgewinnung und Mitarbeitendenbindung zu optimieren sowie unserem Team eine/n kompetente Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung stellen zu können suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Bonn eine/n HR Manager (m/w) in Vollzeit.
Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben
Als Teil des Management-Teams führen Sie die strategische Planung in allen HR Bereichen durch und setzen HR Richtlinien und Prozesse aus dem internationalen Verbund in Deutschland um. Dabei sind Sie Ansprechpartner für 30 – 50 MitarbeiterInnen an zwei Standorten. Sie sind eine wichtige Schnittstelle zu den HR Abteilungen im globalen Netzwerk, wo die Dienstsprache Englisch ist.

Im Einzelnen sind Sie mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:

·Sie koordinieren die Personalgewinnung für IRC Deutschland über IRCs globales BewerberInnenportal und externe Kanäle, fertigen Arbeitsverträge an und gestalten das Onboarding neuer MitarbeiterInnen

·Sie setzen IRCs Performance-Management Prozesse um und gewährleisten offene und faire MitarbeiterInnengespräche und –bewertungen auf der Basis von Gleichbehandlung

·Sie entwickeln Prozesse und Systeme weiter, die MitarbeiterInneneinbungung und –fortbildung fördern

·Sie setzen IRCs globales Vergütungssystem um und sind verantwortlich für die Konzeption attraktiver Benefits

·Sie kümmern sich um das Wohlbefinden des Teams und schaffen Initiativen zu Work-Life-Balance, Umgang mit Stress, usw.

·Sie fungieren als interne/r Expert/in zur Entwicklung der Organisationsstruktur im Zuge fortbestehenden Wachstums

·Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in bezüglich relevanter Vorschriften zu betrieblicher Gesundheit und Sicherheit sowie sämtlicher arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und gewährleisten deren Einhaltung

·Sie fertigen regelmäßige HR-Berichte an

Ihr Profil

·Sie haben ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise im HR Bereich, oder verfügen nachweislich über entsprechende Kenntnisse

·Sie haben Erfahrung mit internationalen und/oder komplexen Matrix-Organisationen, vielleicht sogar im Ausland

·HR ist für Sie weit mehr als Personalverwaltung

·Sie begleiten Change-Prozesse mit Begeisterung und können einschlägige Erfahrung darin nachweisen

·Sie begeistern sich für Chancengleichheit und Prävention von sexueller Belästigung am Arbeitsplatz und haben bereits entsprechende Richtlinien entworfen und umgesetzt

·Sie haben Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Anwendung von Richtlinien zu Beurteilungsprozessen, MitarbeiterInneneinbindung und -entwicklung, Benefits, usw.

·Deutsches Arbeitsrecht ist Ihnen sehr vertraut

·Sie sind einfühlsam, kommunikationsstark nach innen und außen und nicht konfliktscheu

·Sie sprechen verhandlungssicheres Englisch und haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Kontext

·Sie sind bereit zu gelegentlichen Reisen und haben Interesse, eng in und mit einem dynamischen und interkulturellen Team zusammenzuarbeiten

About us
The IRC (International Rescue Committee) supports people affected by war and crisis in order to ensure their survival and the reconstruction of their livelihoods. Since its founding in 1933, at the suggestion of Albert Einstein, the organization has provided lifesaving assistance, in particular for refugees. IRC is one of the largest international aid organizations with a focus on fragile contexts. Since 2016 we are also active in Germany. Here, a team with currently 15 employees and 12 vacant or newly filled positions is growing at two locations. It also integrates employees from the international network. Even in the foreseeable future, further growth can be predicted.

In order to accompany and shape this process, to optimize recruitment and employee retention as well as to provide our team with a competent contact person, we are looking for a full-time HR Manager in Bonn as soon as possible full time.
Your future tasks
As part of the management team, you carry out strategic planning in all HR areas and implement HR guidelines and processes from the international network in Germany. You are the contact person for 30 - 50 employees at two locations. You are an important interface to HR departments in the global network where the working language is English.

In particular, you are entrusted with the following tasks:

· You coordinate recruitment for IRC Germany via IRC's global candidate portal and external channels, prepare employment contracts and design onboarding of new employees

· You implement IRC's performance management processes and ensure open and fair reviews and assessments based on equal treatment

· You further develop processes and systems that promote employee engagement and development

· You implement IRC’s compensation system and are responsible for the design of attractive benefits

·You look after the well-being of the team and create initiatives for work-life balance, stress management, etc.

·You act as an internal expert in the development of the organizational structure in the course of ongoing growth

·You are the contact in respect of relevant regulations on workplace health and safety as well as all labor law requirements and ensure compliance

·You produce regular HR reports

Your profile

· You have successfully completed a college degree, ideally in HR , or you have a proven track record

· You have experience with international and / or complex matrix organizations, maybe even abroad

· HR is much more than personnel management for you

· You accompany change processes with enthusiasm and can prove relevant experience

· You are passionate about equal opportunities and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace and have already designed and implemented appropriate policies

· You have experience in the conception and application of guidelines for assessment processes, employee involvement and development, benefits, etc.

· German employment law is very familiar to you

· You are empathetic, communicative inward and outward and not conflict-averse

· You speak fluent German English and enjoy working together in an international context

· You have the right to work in Germany

· You are ready for occasional travel and are interested in working closely with and for a dynamic and intercultural team
