Country: Bangladesh
Closing date: 02 Jun 2016
Statement of Work: IBTCI is a USAID contractor implementing a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) project in Bangladesh. As part of this contract, IBTCI will conduct an impact evaluation (including baseline, mid-term, and final evaluation) of the Bangladesh Feed the Future Livestock Production for Improved Nutrition (LPIN) project.
To carry out this assignment, IBTCI is seeking a Bangladeshi firm with the capabilities to perform data collection and surveys for international development projects to collaborate on this effort. The firm will help finalize, test, and translate the questionnaire and instruments, develop a detailed sampling frame, train field staff and conduct pilot-testing, conduct field work, deliver a complete data set in machine-readable form (SPSS or STATA), post-stratification weights, and deliver a high quality final report. There is a need for randomized response options and the use of survey experiments, so the use of electronic, hand-held devised is essential.
Period of Performance: The activity is expected to begin in July 2016 and be completed by October 2016.
Minimum Requirements for Selection:
- Must have prior experience supporting similar work for USAID or other donors.
- Must be registered in the US Government System for Award Management (SAM).
- Must demonstrate familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
